Delivery and returns

The products are delivered to the address indicated at the time of the creation of the account and indicated on the purchase order of the customer.
Shipments outside of Metropolitan France are possible.
The delivery time is 5 working days from the receipt of payment (excluding DOM – TOM and abroad & except in cases of force majeure)
All our jewels are shipped by La Poste COLISSIMO with tracking and jewel insurance options.
Reservations and observations must be made within 48 hours.
The delivery costs are free for the customer and are taken care of by Noir Carat
